İşlenen veriler

E-posta, hesap kimliği, şifrenin tuzlanmış özeti ve isteğe bağlı ad, şirket, adres, telefon ve dosya öneki.
Yüklediğiniz orijinal ve işlenmiş ECU dosyaları, dosya adları, destek talepleri ve ekler. Dosyalar araçla ilgili kimlikler içerebilir; yüklemeden önce içeriğini kontrol edin.
Abonelik, günlük kullanım ve satın alma işlem kimlikleri. iPhone/iPad ödemeleri Apple tarafından alınır; kart numaranız sunucumuza ulaşmaz. Masaüstü ödemeleri Stripe üzerinden yürür.
Güvenlik için IP adresleri ve erişim/işlem kayıtları. Masaüstü lisanslama ve önceki sürümler cihaz kimliği kullanabilir. iOS girişinde cihaz kilidi uygulanmaz.

Kullanım ve paylaşım

Veriler hizmeti sunmak, dosyaları hesabınıza kaydetmek, ödemeleri doğrulamak, kötüye kullanımı önlemek ve destek vermek için işlenir. Altyapı ve e-posta hizmetleri bu amaçlarla veri işleyebilir. Reklam izleme veya kullanıcı verisi satışı yapılmaz. Uygulama reklam/analiz SDK’sı içermez. Hizmet altyapısı ülkenizin dışında bulunabilir.

Dosyalar ve saklama

Hesabınız aktifken hizmet kayıtları tutulur. Hesap > Hesabı sil yolundan şifrenizle silme işlemini başlatabilirsiniz; destek e-postası göndermek zorunlu değildir. Profil ve ilişkili destek kayıtları silinir, oturum erişimi kapatılır. Sunucudaki kullanıcı dosyalarının otomatik temizliği 15 dakika içinde başlar; teknik bir sorun olursa otomatik tekrar denenir. Apple işlem kimlikleri, hesap bağlantısı kaldırılarak iade ve çift kullanım kontrolü için tutulur. Yasal zorunluluk kapsamındaki ödeme kayıtları ve güvenlik yedekleri saklama yükümlülükleri boyunca kalabilir; silme işlemi yedeklerden geri yükleme sırasında da uygulanmalıdır.

Uygulama içindeki kopyalar silme işlemini yaptığınız cihazdan temizlenir. Başka konumlara veya cihazlara dışa aktardığınız dosyaların silinmesi size aittir. Hesap silme Apple aboneliğini iptal etmez; Apple aboneliklerinizi ayrıca yönetin.

Haklarınız

Hesap ekranından profilinizi değiştirebilir veya hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Verilerinize erişim ve gizlilik soruları için yukarıdaki adrese yazabilirsiniz. Dosya seçici yalnızca seçtiğiniz dosyayı uygulamaya aktarır; tüm dosyalarınıza erişim istenmez.

Privacy policy

Stage1Files operates your account, processes ECU files and provides support. The responsible company is ALLCHIPTUNINGFILES LLC. Contact: allchiptuningfiles@gmail.com.

Data handled

Email, account identifier, salted password hash and optional name, company, address, phone and file prefix.
Original and processed ECU files, filenames, support messages and attachments. Files may contain vehicle identifiers; check their contents before uploading.
Access entitlements, daily usage and purchase transaction identifiers. Apple handles iPhone/iPad payments; our server does not receive your card number. Desktop payments use Stripe.
IP addresses and access/operation logs for security. Desktop licensing and earlier versions may use device identifiers; current iOS sign-in does not enforce a device lock.

Purposes and sharing

Data is used to deliver the service, store files for your account, verify purchases, prevent abuse and provide support. Hosting and email providers may process it for those purposes. There is no advertising tracking or sale of user data, and no advertising or analytics SDK in the app. Infrastructure may operate outside your country.

Retention and deletion

Service records are held while your account is active. Use Account > Delete account with your current password to initiate deletion without contacting support. Profile and related support records are deleted and sign-in access is removed. Automatic cleanup of stored server files starts within 15 minutes and retries technical failures. Apple transaction identifiers are retained without the account link for refunds and duplicate-claim prevention. Legally required payment records and security backups may remain for applicable retention obligations; deletion must also be respected if backups are restored.

App copies are cleared on the device where deletion is performed. Copies exported to other locations or devices remain under your control. Deleting an account does not cancel Apple subscriptions; manage them separately in your Apple account.

Your choices

Edit your profile or delete your account in Account. Contact the email above for data access or privacy questions. The system file picker grants access only to the files you select.
